Short-term rental (my business)
Email that files itself: 14,670 reservations parsed, every outgoing message approved
My own rental business. Platform email becomes structured data, and every outgoing message waits for approve, edit, or deny.

01 / Problem
What wasn't working.
A constant stream of booking platform and guest email. I did not want to keep paying a monthly subscription for a third-party tool to sort it.
02 / Approach
What I built.
- 01
Mail is routed to a small worker, through a tunnel, into a queue. An AI parser turns each message into reservations, guests, payouts, and conversations.
- 02
Supervised mode: every outgoing message waits for approve, edit, or deny. Edits become training corrections.
- 03
It never declines a booking on its own.
- 04
Door codes are created and revoked automatically. Token health checks send a push alert before something breaks.

03 / Architecture
How the pieces connect.
04 / Result
reservations parsed from email into one database. 33 listings, 10,217 guests, and 14,670 reservations in one database. 105 reply templates built from 4,000 example replies. It runs my business first, which is where my tools get tested.
