01 / Problem

What wasn't working.

Housekeepers learned about checkouts by text. Repairs lived in someone's memory. Crew members needed door codes and had no clean way to get them.

02 / Approach

What I built.

  1. 01

Polls the booking feed every 10 minutes and builds turnover jobs from real checkouts.

  2. 02

Phone number and PIN sign-in. English and Spanish. Checklists work offline.

  3. 03

    Push notifications for new assignments.

  4. 04

Repairs move through accepted, in progress, estimate, blocked, receipt, and done.

  5. 05

Each worker sees their own door PIN from the access system, and nobody else's.

04 / Result

28

turnovers built from the booking feed on day one. First sync picked up 21 cabins, 29 stays, and 28 turnovers. 9 crew members on the app. One worker's PIN verified on 26 doors. 32 automated tests.

Occupancy driven

Jobs exist because a guest checks out, not because someone remembered.

Phone + PIN

No email accounts needed for crew.

Bilingual

English and Spanish throughout, switchable per person.

Works offline

Checklists keep working in a cabin with no signal.
